Super für Diabetiker
Vor ein paar Monaten wurde ich zum Diabetiker aufgrund einer Operation an der Bauchspeicheldrüse. Daraufhin habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Diabetes beschäftigt und nach einer guten Alternative zum herkömmlichen Industriezucker gesucht. Bei diesem Zuckeraltenative Produkt bin ich fündig geworden. Für mich ist es der beste Zuckerersatz und hat für mich keinen Beigeschmack wie er bei anderen Süßstoffen vorhanden ist. Was ich gut finde ist, dass die Beschaffenheit der von normalen Zucker sehr ähnlich ist. Die Süßkraft wird mit 70% vom normalen Zucker angegeben und kann dies bestätigen. Ich verwende dieses Produkt zum kochen und backen, sowie zum Süßen von zuckerfreien Getränken. Ich habe die Zucker Mengenangaben in den Rezepten 1:1 übernommen. Die damit zubereiteten Speisen sind mir persönlich süß genug. Wem das nicht ausreicht, kann einfach 30% mehr von Erythrit verwenden. Als Diabetiker macht mir dieser Zuckerersatz das Leben um einiges leichter und erspart mir auch die ein oder andere Insulindosis. Außerdem bleibt mein Blutzuckerspiegel bei der Verwendung von Erythrit konstant.

Perfektes, kalorienfreies Süssmittel
Die kalorienfreie Zuckeralternative Erythrit gefällt mir sehr gut, sie feinkörnig, gut streufähig und von der Süßkraft mit Zucker (100g Erythrit ersetzen ca. 70g Zucker) zu vergleichbar. Ich kann keinen Beigeschmack wahrnehmen und finde den Geschmack super.

Gute Alternative zu Zucker!
Endlich Erythrit gefunden wo ich keinen Unterschied im Geschmack im Vergleich zum gewöhnlichen Haushaltszucker finde. Habe bei DM immer Xucker gekauft und finde dises viel günstiger und besser im Geschmack. Im Supermarkt auch viel teuer als hier. Kuchen bereits damit probiert und echt lecker geworden! Super zum kaloriensparen und für Diabetiker, einfach toll!

Perfekte Alternative zu Zucker

einfach zu verarbeiten
angenehm zuckerähnlich zu verarbeiten. Etwas weniger Süßkraft, aber ich nutze das aus, um vom gewohnt süßen Geschmack etwas wegzukommen und insgesamt weniger süß zu essen. Bei den ersten Backversuchen ergab sich ein leichter Kühle-Geschmack und einmal auch ein leicht bitterer Geschmack, was wohl durch die Kombination mit einer anderer Zutat bedingt war, muss ich weiter ausprobieren.
